Sea Oaks is an ocean front condo located half a mile north of the Garden City Beach Pier. The 33 unit raised condominium building offers ocean front pool (45 x 30 at 5 feet deep), two gazebos and a large deck that sits on the beach. The building offers an elevator and ample parking.

106 Sea Oaks is located on the first floor and offers tremendous views of Garden City’s beautiful beach. Looking south is the Garden City pier and north, off in the distance, is Surfside’s pier with nothing but beach in between.

In the mornings, watch the sun rise, during the day, the tide coming and going, and all the activities that a beach can offer. All this from the comfort of a screened in porch, with table and chairs provided for your convenience.

The interior beach decor is as warm and inviting as the beach and ocean view out the patio door. The living room offers views of the ocean, ceramic tile flooring, ample seating space, cable television and opens onto the screened porch.

106 Sea Oaks Master Bedroom
The ocean front master bedroom offers a queen size bed, closet space, dresser, vinyl plank flooring and its own bathroom with a shower. Open the window at night and doze off to the sound of waves rolling up on the beach.

The second bedroom offers a full size bunk bottom with twin on top, closet space and a dresser and vinyl plank flooring. Both bedrooms have cable televisions. Additional sleeping accommodations are available as the sofa folds out into a full size bed.

106 Sea Oaks Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, cups, and silverware are also provided. Beyond the kitchen, a table with chairs is provided for meals.
